Team roles and invitations
Give owners, admins, editors, and viewers the least access they need.Owners control billing and organization access. Admins manage configuration. Editors build flows and prompts. Viewers review without changing production work.
Invitations expire after seven days and attach the recipient to the correct organization when accepted.
Use separate accounts for separate people. Shared credentials weaken audit history and make access removal harder.
